My uncle remains were inured at this columbarium in a MM city.   This is owned by the church and the columbarium is only 8 years old and most of the units have been sold. Their design and  lay out is something to look at and surpass

     There are 6 walls with 19 columns each of  10 layers with spacing of 2 meters between rows and  6 meters between rows of walls.

               1 wall x 10 layers x 19    =       190 x 6     =                                         1140 units

      The next  6 walls have only 7 layers and  19 columns          =                       798

The selling price ranges from 30t to lower and upper units, the middle units range from 40 to 80t

Let us say the average selling price is P40t  =    P99,640,000 or almost 100 million.  The attraction is that for every ash crypt sold this will be used in building the church

Nothing can beat the elegance of this BC of a long standing MP located in the north.  Covered with black granite and marble and a famous image to guard it.  It must be selling at a P100,000.  Not for the poor and needy.  (For those who need to be remembered the most)

                                             Mandaluyong Garden of Life Cemetery

This year, the Holy Gardens Memorial Park group will be on a body crypt building warpath, hence we are committed to finding the lowest cost to construct body crypts.   We want our conventional body crypts to be priced at (in poor places)

A  - P9,500
B     14,500
C     13,000
D      9,500

It is now happening in Calamba, soon in La Union and then in Pangasinan

This should take care of the lower, C, D, and E populace.   It has been a challenge to live, Why would it be so to die?    With our CMS we can offer caskets up to P12,000 only  That should be affordable.  But the cheapest now would be cremation and low cost ash crypt rental

for five year lease term.  When needed we can have payments advanced yearly.

We can benchmark Mandaluyong City for renting out its ash crypts (70 x 40 x 40) for only P100 every month or P1,200 per year.  The dead are cremated only for P8,000 per
