Pre feasibility study of ash crypts (columbarium) near the office and crematorium area at HGGMP

What:   To convert the  area near the front gate, side gate and pathwalk into a columbarium with 4,900 units

ObjectIves:

      1  To meet the increasing demand for ash crypts, the remaining inventory of the initial stocking of 400 only being 27'

      2.  To generate revenues of P200,000,000 with minimal investment, and GP  of

      3.  To be a one stop shop for memorial service

     4.  To convert an ideal land into a productive one   ( only 900 sm     30 x 30)

Reality:   

     1.  We are about to operate the crematorium on October 15, 2020   the crematorium is the horse before the cart and thus will generate more

         sales for ash crypts

    2.  The remaining inventory for ash crypts is only 27

    3.  Covid 19 has pushed many people to cremation

   4.   Engr. GCH was asked to study the above area:   perimeter ash crypts @ 20 rows each cluster)   and  8  rows of back to back 320  (20 rows too

        and came with an estimate of 4,900 units

      Breakdown

     1.  Middle units 8 clusters @ 20 x 8 =  160  units x 8 clusters x 2 back to back    =   2,560 units

     2.  Perimeter units   13 clusters x 20 x 8 =                                                                 2,080
