2. Interment Service:
De luxe - with tent, 24 chairs, carpet, use of lowering device, program, music, flower for epitaph (according to your choice) free funeral pack, free snacks during interment (good for 24 people) free on line obits, memory board, balloon tribute, electronic tribute, subject to SC discount;
Luxury - with all the services of de luxe, but with convoys, flowers, longer electronic tribute, better food for funeral pack and interment
Cremation - crematorium are scheduled for construction in Calamba and La Union. Direct cremation is the cheapest way to memorialize the dead. It requires P5,000 for the urn, and P20,000 for cremation for direct cremation It is very affordable. As of the moment this is not yet available
3. Plots
On the ground
Junior Estate - consist of 24 plots, can put up a memorial structure not exceeding 70% of plot area, with 0.5 setback at the side, and 1 meter set back at the front. SRP would be in the vicinity of one million plus or minus. Available cash (with 5% discount) or installment. Suited for big families or clans and which can serve generations
Garden Estate - consists of 12 plots. Same restriction for Junior Estate apply. Price is between P600,000 to P800,000 depending on which memorial park is located. Ideal for just one family.
Garden Lots - these are plots consisting of 4 and 8 lots with double interments. The structure for 4 plots can be 0.5 meter (Kennedy type) marker that can occupy two plots.
For the 8 plots, two plots may be occupied with raised structure not to exceed two meters.
Estimated price - 4 plots - P200,000+
8 plots - P400,000 to P500,000+
Senior Single niche 5 plots - 1 plot can be for perpendicular structure which may be planted planters at the end, or even ash crypts as the need arises, in which case, there will be additional charges
Price range - P200,000 to P300,000+
Lawn lots - below the ground interments with 4 ft and 7 ft, with level ground markers of 3 inches thick. Can inter up to 7 bones without additional charge. Typical costs are from P40,000 up to P100, 000 depending on the site and whether it is a premium,, prime or superprime location
Vertical structures:
Ash crypts: measures 30 cm x 30 cm, x 50 cm with internal aluminium structure, double door (glass and granite) with lock, made of imported materials. 6 layers with maximum price at eye level. Lowest price is at the top and bottom of the crypt walls; may be indoor (at the chapel) or outdoor - at the gardens) Lowest price is P35,000.00 without vat or PC. Ownership is in perpetuam
However, there will come a time when the municipal govt may require indigent package and may require 5 year lease for ash crypt which we can accommodate
Body Crypts
Body Crypts measures 100 cm x 220 cm up to maximum of 4 layers, and may be built with CHB or cast concrete with 75 mm concrete. Our new construction shall have exhaust and drainage vent, with septic facilities, with slab cover.
We will have two types -
1. ownership in perpetuam which will cost P40t up (for every John)
2. lease - P2,000 per year or P10,000 per year
3. lease for indigents - 1,200.00 per year of P6,000 for 5 years
